This sharing is from our contractor client and he has always been handling huge projects with another larger contractor.

Back in 2017, the contractor that he cooperates with has decided to pass the business to his son, once he knew that this is happening, he immediately contacted us for consultation as he knew that different people carries different energy even though is the same company but the new owner’s energy might conflict with his own.

After our calculation, we realised that by merging their energy together they would faced challenges such as monetary issues that could end up on court.

So, the solution that our master gave to our client was to recreated a more specific terms and conditions through a official lawyer. Therefore, our client did what we have told him to.

According to the timeline that our master gave, the issue really did came up eventually, and fortunately the client is protected by the enhanced contract they created back then, and at the end the client did not suffered any loss due to the issue.

As the case mentioned above, we are able to witness our master’s ability on calculation and providing clients practical solution.
